Rent assessment
A written rent opinion based on what comparable homes actually leased for in the last 90 days.
For owners
Tenanting, maintenance and monthly statements for owners of Lowcountry rental homes.
For owners of one home or a small portfolio

We manage 96 doors across the peninsula, West Ashley, James Island and Mount Pleasant. That is deliberately small. It means the person who leased your house is the person who answers when the water heater goes.
Owners get a single monthly statement, a named manager, and a maintenance policy with a spending limit you set. Nothing above that limit happens without your approval unless it is a genuine emergency.
